• Once order is approved and confirmed by customer no cancellations or changes are accepted. 

 

• Refund Policy, all sales of custom made lanyards are final and no refunds are given, unless proven error incurred by Sublitec of America LLC / uslanyard.com during manufacturing process.

• Privacy Policy, Sublitec of America LLC / uslanyard.com, will not share, rent or sell any information provided by customer to any third parties outside Sublitec.

• All information provided through our website, over the telephone or by email; will be used exclusively to collect payment, process order, manufacture goods and deliver them.
